Daily review

Daily review is a lightweight check-in for today's work. It is not a full weekly review.

Flow

1. Check Inbox for anything that must be clarified today.
2. Review Focus and today's calendar-aware items.
3. Look at Waiting For if delegated work may unblock.
4. Pick a small number of next actions that fit the day.
5. Leave the rest in the trusted system.

Settings

Daily review behavior depends on your Focus and GTD settings, including Focus limits, review surfaces, and reminder preferences.

Desktop and mobile behavior

Desktop gives more room for scanning and keyboard flow. Mobile is optimized for quick checks, capture, and action while away from the desk. Both should preserve the same GTD meaning.
